I trained as a therapist at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE) in London, completing a combined academic/experiential five-year Diploma, accredited by the UKCP & BACP.
I work in an Integrative way using various styles of therapy to fit the client, talking or working creatively in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space allowing my clients to share their feelings.
Coming from a creative background, integrative therapy has allowed me to combine my love of art and my passion for psychotherapy and use it when needed inside the therapy room to find an approach that suits each clients needs, helping connect them to their own inner resources to find a conscious and positive path moving forward.
